Text Message Terms

These terms cover the Shroombiosis text message program, run by Shroombiosis LLC ("we", "us"). By signing up for our texts, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What we send

Recurring automated marketing text messages from Shroombiosis about our own product, a caffeine-free powder of functional mushrooms, superfoods and pre-, pro- and postbiotics: product news, offers and discounts, and new articles from our site. Shroombiosis is sold and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Die Tryin Co., so texts may also link to our product page on its store (dietryin.co), where checkout happens.

Our texts come from +1 (833) 614-5548.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for our texts. Your mobile carrier's normal messaging and data rates apply.

Signing up

You can sign up by entering your mobile number in a signup form on our site and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting JOIN to +1 (833) 614-5548. We'll then text you to confirm. Reply YES to that text to finish signing up; you won't get marketing texts until you do.

• Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the number you enter, or have the account holder's permission.
• Our text program is for US mobile numbers only.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any of our texts to unsubscribe. STOPALL, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT work too. You'll get one text confirming that you've unsubscribed, and after that no more texts from us. Any other reply that tells us to stop in your own words, such as "wrong number", also works: we'll remove your number as soon as we can, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it, but you may not get a confirmation text. To rejoin later, text START to +1 (833) 614-5548.

You can also ask us to stop by emailing support@shroombiosis.com from any address, or by texting or calling our support line at +1 (361) 248-9595. Include the mobile number you want removed. We'll stop texting that number as soon as we can, and no later than 10 business days after we receive your request.

Our do-not-text list

When you opt out with STOP or one of the words above, your number goes on our do-not-text list at once. If you opt out any other way, we keep a record of your request and add your number to the list as soon as we can, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it. We keep it there for at least ten years. Everyone who sends texts for Shroombiosis knows about the list and how to add a number to it. Our Do-Not-Text Policy explains how we handle every request.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts can be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control, such as coverage or the settings on your phone or account.

Your information

We will not share your mobile information or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you sign up for texts, how we use it, and the service providers that send our texts for us.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
