Do-Not-Text Policy

This is the written do-not-text (do-not-call) policy of Shroombiosis LLC ("we", "us"). It covers every marketing text message sent by or for Shroombiosis, all of which come from +1 (833) 614-5548, and any marketing call we might make. Our Text Message Terms and Privacy Policy explain the rest of our text program.

Who we text

We send marketing texts only to numbers that were signed up for them through the optional text step in our discount popup or by texting JOIN as described in our Text Message Terms, and that then replied YES to our confirmation text.

We never send marketing texts to a number we got any other way. That includes phone numbers from orders placed on Die Tryin Co.'s store, numbers from our contact form, from emails or from texts and calls to our support line, and bought, rented or shared lists. We don't share or sell text consent.

How to stop our texts

Reply STOP to any text from +1 (833) 614-5548. STOPALL, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT work too.

Any other reasonable way of telling us also works:

• a reply in your own words, such as "please stop texting me" or "wrong number";
• an email to support@shroombiosis.com or any other email address listed on our site;
• a text or call to our support line, +1 (361) 248-9595;
• a message on our social media accounts.

If we can't tell whether a message means stop, we treat it as stop. "Wrong number" always counts as a request to stop.

What happens next

• STOP and the other words above: your number goes on our do-not-text list at once, and you'll normally get one text confirming it.
• Any other way: we keep a record of your request and add your number to the list as soon as we can, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it. If you asked by text, you may not get a confirmation text. If you asked by email or by private message on social media, we reply once there to confirm.
• We stop texts to every number we can match to you from the number, email address or name you give us. If you don't give a number and we can't find one, we ask you once which number you mean.

How long we keep your opt-out

Your number stays on our do-not-text list for at least ten years from your request. A request to delete your information also stops our texts. If you ask us to delete your information, we still keep your number, the record of when and how you signed up, and your opt-out date on that list, because we are required to keep a record of requests not to be texted and may need to show that you agreed to our texts.

Coming back

You only get our texts again if you opt in again yourself. If you stopped by texting STOP or one of the other words above, text START to +1 (833) 614-5548; the phone network may block other ways of rejoining until you do. Otherwise, sign up again and reply YES to our confirmation text. We never add anyone back ourselves.

How we identify ourselves

Every message we write starts with "Shroombiosis", and our marketing texts tell you how to stop them. Reply HELP to any text from +1 (833) 614-5548 to get our support line and email. Calls from US numbers to that number are forwarded to our support line.

When we text

We schedule marketing texts for between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time, which we work out from your phone's area code or the location we have for you.

Die Tryin Co.

Die Tryin Co., which sells and ships our product, is a separate company. Asking us to stop covers every text from Shroombiosis. To stop texts from Die Tryin, reply STOP to their texts or contact Die Tryin. If you ask us to stop Die Tryin's texts, we'll tell you how and stop ours as well. We don't pass your number or your request on to Die Tryin.
