Shipping Policy

Shroombiosis products are currently fulfilled by our partner Die Tryin Co. (opens in new tab). When you place an order, it ships directly from Die Tryin Co., and their shipping policy applies to your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Extra time may be needed for larger orders, international orders, orders that require additional information, or out-of-stock items.

Shipping within the United States

• Orders under $100: $7.25 flat rate — delivery in 2–10 days.
• Orders $100 and over: free shipping — delivery in 2–10 days.
• APO addresses: $13 flat rate.
• Expedited shipping is available at carrier rates.

International shipping

International orders are processed within 2–3 business days and ship via:

• FedEx & UPS: 20–30 days
• DHL Express: 30–45 days
• APO / military: rates based on order weight

Tracking, delays, and lost or damaged packages

You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships. Die Tryin Co. is not responsible for shipping-carrier delays, or for packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. Optional shipping insurance is available so you can file a claim for a lost or damaged item.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Die Tryin Co. is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. Packages with a wrong address are returned to sender, and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
